Pasition Summary
岗位概述
- Issue the company and workshop notify to all workshop workers.
向车间工人发布公司和车间通知
- Record assembly worker’s working standard hours, and calculate the piece rate workers wage.
记录装配工人的工作时，计算计件工人的工资。
- Provide all the workshop workers attendance record, and all workers salary vacation report for monthly.
提供所有车间员工的出勤记录及所有员工每月带薪假期报告。
- Confirm the finished order work hours in SAP, and record it in share folder.
确认在SAP完成订单工作时间，并记录在共享文件夹中。
- Assign the assembly order to the groups according to their work load.
根据工人的工作量安排装配顺序。
- Finish the report for weekly meeting on every Friday.
每周五完成会议报告。
- Collect the information and provide workshop expendable purchasing list, include packing material, packing box etc.
收集信息和提供车间消耗品采购清单，包括包装材料、包装盒等。
- Statistic 5S audit result, and provide the weekly report.
统计5 s审计结果,并提供每周报告。
- Statistic and record the deviation report weekly, and make the picture for each DR to record it.
每周统计和记录偏差报告，并用照片来记录每个DR。
- Statistic and record the index of pump per worker per week.
统计和记录每周工人的工作量。
- Monitor Real Time Booking system and ensure the system can be run smoothly.
监控实时预订系统,确保系统可以顺利进行。
Competence
任职资格
- Senior student or college students in Grade three , majored in machine related discipline would be better.
本科大四或者专科大三，机械相关专业优先。
- Internship no less than 6 months.
实习期至少半年。
- Good communication skills and leadership.
较好的沟通能力和领导能力。
- Team player spirit.
团队合作精神。
- Preferable English Skill.
较好的英语能力。

职责概要:

- 实习时间每周4天以上，半年以上实习期。
