On the morning of April 7, 2023, Professor Chol Seungjin, Director of the China Office of Kyungsung University, South Korea and Mr. Tianxing Shao, Director of External Relations, visited International School, Guangzhou Huali College. Professor Shuze Tang, Dean of the International School hosted the guests.

After tour of the campus, Professor Tang gave a reception to the guests in the school meeting room. Professor Tang briefly introduced the educational philosophy, school mission, student development, diversified faculty team and international cooperation projects.

Professor Chol Shengjin said he was left a profound impression on the green campus, teaching conditions, sports venues, student activity facilities, especially the book bar downstairs of each building of Guangzhou Huali College. Professor Chol briefly introduced the history of Kyungsung University and the development of its Chinese firms. He also reported on the recent situation of six students from Guangzhou Huali College who are currently studying in exchange at Kyungsung University. The students expressed gratitude for the cooperation project established by the two parties, which gave them the opportunity to study and exchange abroad. The students reported that through exchange learning, they not only learned professional knowledge, but also learned Korean language, visited surrounding scenic spots, and made friends from South Korea and other countries.

Professor Chol Shengjin finally suggested that both parties expand the scope of cooperation. The Kyungsung University in Dalian will make every effort to provide opportunities for students from Guangzhou Huali College to study at prestigious Korean universities and for students from Guangzhou Huali Vocational College of Science and Technology to further their studies at prestigious Korean universities.

It is reported that Guangzhou Huali College officially established a cooperation relationship with Kyungsung University in South Korea in November 2022. President Jiesheng Liu and President Jung gen Lee signed a memorandum of cooperation between the two universities. The first batch of tuition free exchange students went to Kyungsung University in South Korea for a one semester exchange study in late February 2023.
